In this role, you work in a high-tech operation where procurement is crucial for advanced unmanned helicopter systems to be developed, built, and delivered with the right quality and capacity. You take responsibility for a procurement segment related to complex technical systems and components and become a key link between the supplier market and internal functions such as development, project management, production, and quality.

You combine an operational pace with a long-term perspective. This means you handle both the daily collaboration with suppliers and drive strategic issues regarding contracts, risk, cost, and supply. You will enter an international and product-close environment where you get to work close to the technology and contribute to building robust supply chains with a direct impact on delivery capability and future business.

• You are responsible for procurement within a segment related to complex technical systems and components.
• You drive tenders and conduct contract negotiations with suppliers.
• You develop long-term relationships with strategically important suppliers.
• You ensure delivery capability and capacity based on forecasts, production programs, and customer commitments.
• You develop and implement procurement and supplier strategies in line with the company's goals.
• You work actively with cost optimization and initiatives that create value over time.
• You analyze the supplier market and contribute to introducing, developing, and evaluating new and existing suppliers.
• You monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, and delivery precision.
• You identify and manage supplier and supply risks together with relevant stakeholders.
• You collaborate closely with development, project management, production, and quality to create sustainable procurement solutions.

• Relevant vocational higher education (YH) or university degree in procurement or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in procurement, operational purchasing, or logistics.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• Good understanding of the procurement process.
• Ability to quickly get up to speed with technical products and supplier flows.

• Experience from the aviation industry.
• Experience from the defense sector.
• Experience in procurement related to technical systems, components, or production-close environments.
